On-site nitrogen generation

The Nitrogen 2 U(TM) utilizes a time proven air separation technology that sets  a new standard for quality, reliability and cost effectiveness.  Hollow fiber membrane technology is in place all over the world producing Nitrogen for food applications.  When using membrane technology you can generate beer gas onsite without moving parts, reducing operation failure in the field.

Key Benefits

  • High production rate:

The Nitrogen 2 U(TM) generator meets high volume demand and delivers a quality draft beer through precision gas blending technology utilizing the McDantim Trumix 200(TM)

  • Cost Efficiencies:

Rent without the labor!  Give your driver less product to deliver and reduce your time and labor costs.  With accounts that use two gas distributors you may have the Nitrogen 2 U(TM) do the delivery for you , and reduce fuel cost and road time for your trucks.

  • Quality:

A perfect pour created by the right blend of gases!  No under-carbonation or excess foam keeps customers happy with the product that is served.
